A: Every month you’ll receive one treatment of your choice from our most-loved services, including: IPL, microneedling, chemical peels, IV therapy, laser treatments, or a luxury medical grade facial.
Q: What if I can’t make it in for my monthly treatment?
A: No problem. Your $249 simply rolls over into your WellCulture Wallet as a credit, so nothing is ever lost. You can use it anytime for future treatments.
Q: Do I save on other services and products?
A: Yes! Members enjoy 12% off all services and products all year long (excludes AlumierMD online). It’s the easiest way to save on everything you already love.
Q: Can I share my benefits?
A: Yes! We call this "buddy pass". You can bring a new guest to your appointment and they’ll receive member pricing on their first treatment. (Complimentary monthly services are just for you.)
Q: Are there rewards for staying a member long-term?
A: Absolutely. After 12 consecutive months, you’ll receive a bonus complimentary treatment as our thank you. Plus, you’ll also enjoy a birthday gift each year.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Absolutely. We do require a minimum commitment of 3 months before cancellation. After your first three months, you may cancel anytime, its as simple as a text message to our office.
Q: What happens to my unused credits if I cancel?
A: All of your unused WellCulture Wallet credits remain yours. You can use them toward future treatments or convert them into a gift card for the same dollar amount.
