Dr. LeFlame is the founder and owner of WellCulture MedSpa, and she is a real person with real skin issues. From Accutane in highschool, to sensitive skin, she has first hand experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments. 

When finishing medical school she focused on pediatrics and eventually found her love for medical aesthetics along the way. She has two passions, helping children, and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

When she is not in the office or caring for patients she is walking her two (big!) dogs, playing volleyball, or spending time with family. 

Jamie has been a nurse for 10 years! She started her career in the ER, but ultimately searched for a way to combine her diverse nursing knowledge with her artistic abilities. She admits that she didn’t find aesthetics, it found her, and she loves creating custom treatment plans with her patients.

Jamie has been a nurse for 10 years! She started her career in the ER, but ultimately searched for a way to combine her diverse nursing knowledge with her artistic abilities. She admits that she didn’t find aesthetics, it found her, and she loves creating custom treatment plans with her patients. 

She has advanced training in aesthetic medical procedures including laser, facial balancing with filler, and advanced toxin. She loves a “back to basics” approach to skincare and helping her patients reach their goals. 

Jamie grew up in San Diego, she enjoys surfing, all things outdoors, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and hanging with her sweet dog.

 Originally from Michigan, Becky now calls San Diego home. She has spent the past 10 years working as a nurse, dedicating her career to caring for patients in pediatric and neonatal intensive care.

She was drawn to aesthetics as a way to combine her clinical expertise with her love for creativity and meaningful connection. Her approach is

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Becky lost in a good book, flowing through a yoga class, or zipping along the coast on her Vespa.

Lauren was born and raised in sunny San Diego. Her own skin journey inspired her to pursue esthetics, where she found a passion for helping people feel seen and supported. She loves creating a treatment room experience that’s welcoming, nurturing, and restorative.

Lauren was born and raised in sunny San Diego. Her own skin journey inspired her to pursue esthetics, where she found a passion for helping people feel seen and supported. She loves creating a treatment room experience that’s welcoming, nurturing, and restorative.

With a background in dance and graphic design, Lauren is motivated by supporting others in their growth - whether through movement, creativity, or skin health. For her, esthetics goes beyond appearance. It’s about self-care. She believes it should feel just as nourishing for the soul as it does for the skin.

Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys teaching dance, trying new recipes, playing board games, and spending time with her daughter and their playful pup.

Alli began her career as a hairstylist in 2007 in Wisconsin before moving to Colorado where she continued to do what she loved behind the chair, and even stepped into ownership.   

In 2021, she moved to San Diego and stepped away from the beauty industry to focus on being a full-time mom to her now 4-year-old son.

She first came to WellCulture as a patient seeking support for ongoing skin concerns, she and quickly fell in love with the space, the care, and the mission. Now, she’s come full circle, returning to the self-care world by joining the WellCulture team.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Alli soaking up time at the beach with her family, baking fresh bread, or curled up with a good book and her cats.

Piper has been in the industry as long as her mom Jamie! She loves being a part of the WellCulture team. Her main responsibilities include greeting clients and supporting a relaxed environment.

When Piper is not patrolling and greeting clients, she is wagging her (tail-less) booty and playing fetch at the park. She absolutely loves the ocean and has been known to swim for hours at the beach. She will always greet you with a smile and a couple twirls at your feet.
