Our Team

Dr. LeFlame is the founder and owner of WellCulture MedSpa, and she is a real person with real skin issues. From Accutane in highschool, to sensitive skin, she has first hand experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments. When finishing medical school she focused on pediatrics and eventually found her love for medical aesthetics along the way. She has two passions, helping children, and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Jamie has been a nurse for 10 years! She started her career in the ER, but ultimately searched for a way to combine her diverse nursing knowledge with her artistic abilities. She admits that she didn’t find aesthetics, it found her, and she loves talking about all things aesthetics with her patients. She has advanced training in aesthetic medical procedures, and loves a “back to basics” approach to skincare and helping her patients reach their goals. Jamie grew up in San Diego, she enjoys surfing, all things outdoors, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and hanging with her sweet dog.

Sara is a board-certified Registered Nurse with 13 years of diverse experience, ranging from emergency room care to outpatient post-operative support. In addition to her extensive nursing background, she is a licensed cosmetologist with 10 years of experience as a celebrity makeup artist and hairstylist. Aesthetic nursing has always been a lifelong passion for Sara, and she enjoys combining her skills to help her patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

When she’s not working with patients, Sara is a busy mom of three young children and understands the importance of self-care and rejuvenation, especially during the early postpartum years. Sara also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs and has a strong passion for fitness. 

Piper has been in the industry as long as her mom Jamie! She loves being a part of the WellCulture team. Her main responsibilities include greeting clients and supporting a relaxed environment.

When Piper is not patrolling and greeting clients, she is wagging her (tail-less) booty and playing fetch at the park. She absolutely loves the ocean and has been known to swim for hours at the beach. She will always greet you with a smile and a couple twirls at your feet.
